6、rehelpfulconversationsandtalklessangrilytoourselves.Thesecondpremiseisthatknowledgeaboutsocialwelfarepolicydemandsfamiliaritywiththefactorsthatshapeit.Wehavewoventhesefactorsintoamodelofpolicyanalysis,whichissimplyatoolforanalyzingsocialwelfarepolicy.Theprospectmayseemintimidatingnow,butwhenyou
