4、ithsizedistributionandchangesofthedropletsproducedbysuchatypeofatomizer.Inthiswork,amodelatomizerisusedtospray-dryare-dispersibleglueemulsiononanindustrialscaleproduction2000t/a.Themaximumspraycapacityofsuchanatomizeris2000kg/h.Thedisktestedhasadiameterof180mm
5、and24channels.Alaseranalyzerwasusedtomeasurethedropletsizedistributionofspraysproducedbythespinningdiskatomizer.Theeffectsofthediskrotatingspeedonwaterdropletsizedistributionwereinvestigated.Therotatingspeedofthediskwasvariedfrom16000to10000r/minusingafrequenc
6、y-inverter.Inordertoinvestigatethechangeofdropletsizetodriedparticlesizefromthespraydryer,thedropletsizedistributionofthere-dispersibleglueemulsionandthedriedparticlesizedistributionproducedweremeasured.Theresultsshowthatthemeansizewasreducedfrom92μmofdroplets
