1、第五届亚洲安全社区会议thThe5AsianRegionalconferenceonSafeCommunities台湾校园安全报告中心网络介绍12王福林李明宪（1.校园安全报告中心执行秘书，博士,2.国立东华大学，课程设计和人类潜能开发研究所，副教授中国台湾）【摘要】本文介绍了建立于2003年的校园安全报告网络。台湾4055所各类学校能随时通过该网络报告各种紧急事件。紧急事件包括：学生意外事件，校园安全问题，学生欺凌和暴力问题，师生矛盾，虐待儿童，自然灾害和严重的疾病。安全报告遵循五个W原则即：谁？发生了什么？什么时候？在哪里？如
2、何处理？校园安全报告中心每天都要核查这些报告，并帮助学校处理严重的事件。此外，校园安全报告中心持续追踪学校和学生解决严重暴力问题的情况，一些学校通过推动国际安全学校计划和无欺凌计划来降低校园伤害，目前台湾已有五所院校被认定为国际安全学校。文章还着重分析了台湾校园伤害的主要原因、类别和分布趋势。【关键词】校园安全;报告;网络IntroducingtheNetworkforCampusSecurityReportCenterinTaiwan12Mr.Fu-LinWang,Dr.Ming-ShinnLee(1ExecutiveSecre

6、entsforsolvingseriousviolenceproblem.From2003toMay20th,2008,atotalof5,762studentsdiedinaccident,and70,553studentswerehurtin82,381events.Inanalysis,moststudentsdiedbecauseoftrafficaccidents,andthemoststudents’injuryhappenedinstudentssportsandgameactivities.Inaddition,t
