2、upervisor:Prof.ZhangGuiMarch.2013河北工业大学工商管理硕士（MBA）学位论文摘要近年来，中央商务区（英文简称：CBD）逐渐成为现代城市产业集聚发展的集中体现和发达城市的显著标志，反映了一个地区的综合竞争实力。国内外一些发达城市通过建设发展CBD，有效地解决了单中心城市逐渐暴露出的市中心拥挤、环境质量下降、通勤时间长等问题，同时促进了商业、文化、金融等公共服务能力进一步发展与提高。《天津市中心城区“一主两副”规划》中，确定了天津市向多中心城市发展，并明确了红桥区的天津西站地区将建设成为体
3、现天津市现代化国际化的都市特色的综合性城市副中心。然而该副中心目前除定位外，没有具体发展战略等开发实施的导向性依据。当前，对红桥区这样发达城市的老城区来说，面对发展机遇，如何抓住机会，挖掘优势，克服发展弊端，合理确定打造都市CBD的发展战略，引领带动区域经济发展，成为亟待研究解决的问题。本文对红桥CBD周边地区的历史、文化、经济、环境等诸多方面发展因素进行了深入的研究，运用战略管理的相关知识和方法论证了红桥CBD发展的重要性、可行性，通过SWOT模型对红桥区经济发展历史、现状的深刻剖析，提出了“产业引领，文化繁荣，项
