1、摘要东汉一朝政治相对稳定，封建经济进一步发展，而文化事业发展尤为兴盛。东汉统治者在总结秦亡教训、继承西汉文化统治优秀成果的基础上，结合时代需求，进一步加强了文化管理和文化建设，制定出较为系统的文化政策。东汉统治者重儒崇经，将儒学谶纬化，稳固了儒家思想在意识形I态领域的统治地位；通过细化和发展官学教育体系以及鼓励私学的政策，培养统治人才，推广教化。在图书的搜集与整理方面，东汉统治者恢复和发展了西汉时的图书典藏与编校机构，并设立专职、专官开展校勘与著史之务，进一步完善了图书管理体系。东汉统治者重视文化交流，积极向周边少数民族地区传播以儒学为主体的汉文

2、化，又通过疏通丝路、派遣使者与周边国家乃至西域诸国开展文化往来，积极引入佛教文化。在文学艺术领域，东汉统治者重视引导文风，推崇雅乐、颂乐并进一步发展和完善了音乐管理体系，积极发挥文学艺术的社会教化功用。东汉文化政策以儒学为主导，谶纬神学色彩浓厚，并带有明显的阶段性特点。通过文化政策的推行，东汉统治者巩固了政权，维护了统治利益，在文化交流中扩大了汉文化的凝聚力和影响力，对后世文化政策的选择和制定产生了深远影响。关键字：东汉；文化政策：文化史AbstractTheEasternHartwasadynastywithpoliticalstability
