2、nnovationSystemsApproachbyZhuZengkuiSupervisor:AssociateProf.LiZibiaoDecember2013摘要近几年来，全球各国开始兴起了研究纳米科技的浪潮，纳米科技成为了21世纪以来继信息产业和生物产业第三大高新技术，它会对人类发展产生深远的影响，许多国家投入大量的人员和财力支持纳米科技的基础研发与技术扩散。我国正处于发展中国家，但是在纳米领域却并不落后，研究我国的纳米科技对促进产业化发展具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对国内外发达国家的纳米科技与纳米技术

3、的比较，分析出我国目前存在的不足之处，并找到差距。统计了2000-2011年我国在纳米领域发表的论文，投入的人员，申请的专利以及国家自然科学基金对纳米基础研究的资助，了解了我国在纳米科技领域的现状。本文重点分析了我国纳米科技产业创新系统的主要因素：大学、企业和政策体制。大学和科研机构是我国纳米科技知识创新的主体，在基础研究与技术研发方面扮演着重要的角色，企业通过对参与纳米研究的大学和科研机构的支持和投资，获得最新的技术并且迅速投入生产，这些行为主体的活动都收到我国政策与制度的影响。通过对纳米具体功能的分析，构
