1、摘要高中美术新课程改革体现了时代性、综合性，是整个高中课程改革不容忽视的一部分，同时在整个课程改革中承担着重要的角色。目前，社会有不少人都在关心高中美术课程改革的情况，出现了一批有关美术课程改革的文章和专著，但是，任何一个地区的教育改革通常情况下都与当地的具体发展(人口、经济、上层建筑等)有着密切的联系，不同的地区、不同的改革进度、不同的教育基础与发展潜力决定了应该采取不同的推广策略，新乡地区也不例外。顾及到地区的特殊性，笔者目的在于通过对新乡地区的高中美术课程改革现状的调查进行分析，尝试着发现现状中存在的不足与问题和对其存在的原因进行分析，并试

2、图提出解决所发现问题的建议和改进方案。新乡地区是本次笔者调查与分析的地区范围，抽取了该地区7所高中(包括非示范性和示范性之分，城市与农村之分)，以600名学生和2l位教师为调查对象，对他们进行不记名问卷调查和直接访谈这两种调查方法，进而了解该地区现阶段的基本情况和对美术新课程改革的看法和建议。另外，在此次调研中还运用了文献研究、观摩、归纳等多种方法。对调查资料进行整理、分析，找出新乡地区高中阶段美术课程改革现状中所存在有关美术教育的观念停止不进，经费不足导致教学设施的缺乏，教学内容与现实生活联系不紧密，课程结构不平衡，教学中出现的“治表不治本"现

3、象，传统的教育评价形式的问题。最后以调查结果中得出的现实问题为依据，有针对性的找出其原因和大胆的对转变美术观念、课程内容、开发与利用校内外课程资源、建立科学全面的评价体系和经费以及教师素质方面提出建议；等等。关键词：新乡地区，高中阶段，美术课程改革，现状ABSTRACTThehi}ghschoolfineartsnewcurriculumreformhasmanifestedtheeontemporaneity,thecomprehensivenature，isanentirehighschoolcurriculumreformnotallowt
