4、urcesinirrigationareaanditsmaincontentswereasfollows：First，thestatusregulationanddevelopmenttrendofwaterresourcesinChinaandabroadwereanalyzedtersely．Itsmaintheoriesandmethodsweresummarizedandprovidedtheoreticalbasisesforthejointregulationresearch．Secondly,withthecombinationof
