1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要本文首先对感应加热电压型逆变器LLC谐振回路的拓扑结构和电路特性进行了简要分析,针对MOSFET构成的单向全桥逆变器在LLC负载品质因数较低时,开关器件工作角度较大,开关损耗增加的问题,提出了一种适用于高频感应加热电压型逆变器的新型LCLC负载谐振匹配方案。该方案通过加入附加电容,减小了逆变器输出电压和输出电流间的相位角,从而降低开关损耗。详细分析了LCLC负载谐振回路的拓扑结构、输出功率、输出电流比和电压比,对负载的参数进行匹配,并对所分析的结果进行了仿真试验。仿真结果表明,LCLC负载谐振回路不仅具有LLC负载谐振回路
2、电流变换的特性,而且降低了开关损耗,提高了电源的输出功率,增强了电源的稳定性。通过EP2C5T144C8FPGA作为主控制芯片生成控制脉冲,可灵活修改死区时间;通过对逆变器输出电压和并联支路谐振电容电流的采样,完成了系统的单闭环锁相控制;设计了电流保护电路和电压保护电路来确保电源的安全运行。最后通过样机实验,验证了所提方法的可行性以及理论分析的正确性。关键词:感应加热;负载匹配;LLC谐振电路;LCLC谐振电路-I-华北电力大学硕士学位论文AbstractFirstly,thetopologyandcircuitspecificationoftheL
