3、dingly,itisverynecessarytomonitorthecarbondioxideofatmosphere.TunableDiodeLaserAbsorptionSpectroscopy(TDLAS),withfeaturesofhighsensitivity,fastresponseandhighresolution,hasbeenwidelyappliedintheatmospherictracegasmonitoringfield.Accordingtotheprinciplesofspectroscopy,eachmaterialhasitsownchara
4、cteristicabsorptionspectrum.Combiningwiththelightsourceselection,thispaperselecttheabsorptionspectrumnear1572nm.Directabsorptionspectroscopy,modulationspectroscopyandharmonicdetectionarecommonlyusedintheTDLAStechnologytodetectgasconcentration.Inordertoreducetheinterferenceofnoise,thissystemtha
5、tcombineswavelengthmodulationappliedinsemiconductorlaserwithsecondharmonicdetection,canmeasurecarbondioxideconcentrationwithhighaccuracy.ItisintroducedthatthebasicprincipleofmeasuringgasconcentrationbasedonTDLAS,andthetheoryofwavelengthmodulationandsecondharmonicdetectionarederived.Throughthea
