1、摘要无线传感器网络(WirelessSensorNetwork,WSN)是由大量无线传感器节点构成的,广泛应用在工业、农业、军事国防等领域。复数带通滤波器位于WSN射频接收机前端,它能够将接收到的带内信号放大,带外信号抑制,是WSN射频接收机中的重要模块,研究低功耗高性能的复数带通滤波器对于无线传感器网络具有重要意义。本课题采用TSMCO.18“mRFCMOS工艺,设计并实现了应用于无线传感器网络射频收发芯片的复数带通滤波器。该复数带通滤波器为有源RC结构,采用跳蛙式梯形级联,具有较小的灵敏度和较高的线性度。滤波器使用两级密勒补偿运算放大器作为其核心运放单元,并采用自动调谐电路,减少工艺
2、角和温度变化对滤波器的影响。本设计通过减少滤波器级联级数、改进跳蛙式梯形级联结构来降低滤波器的功耗。测试结果表明,电源电压1.8V,复数带通滤波器的中心频率为1.994MHz,带宽为0.572—3.416MHz,通带增益约为.2dB,镜像抑制比为32dB,邻道抑制比为32dB,通带纹波为0.6dB,自动调谐电路的精度为0.3%,功耗为7.38mW,整个芯片面积为1.44×0.7≈1.008mmz。本课题所设计的有源RC复数带通滤波器已在WSN射频收发芯片中使用,通过测试,性能良好。该模块经过调整,也可以应用在其它无线通信收发芯片中。关键词:无线传感器网络、低功耗、射频收发机、有源RC、复
