1、摘要先秦时期的义利之辨在诸子百家争鸣中占有重要的地位。作为先秦显学之一的墨子对“义”“利”多有论及，成为其思想主张的重要内容。从语义学的角度考证“义”“利”的概念，分析义利问题的产生以及先秦时期儒家、道家、法家、杨朱等的义利观。定义了墨子的“义”和“利”，墨子的“义，利也”，墨子的“利”是“天下之利”；以集解的方式阐释了墨子“重利贵义”的义利观，并从政治经济环境、文化环境、阶级基础三方面分析了墨子义利观产生的社会背景；分析比较了墨子的义利观与儒家的义利观，墨子的义利观与杨朱的义利观。从墨子的“尚同”“天志’’“兼爱”“节用”四大主
