1、Abstractreliability-basedrobustoptimizationdesignmethodwasproposedbasedon6σrobustdesignandresponsesurfacemethod.Theoptimizationobjectofthestageistherobustnessofthedisplacementmagnification,thenaturalfrequencyandthereliabilitysensitivity,anditsconstraintisthestrength.Comparingthere
2、liability-basedrobustwithdeterministicoptimization,thecomparisonresultsshowedthatthevarianceofthedisplacementmagnificationandthenaturalfrequencydecreaserelativetodeterministicoptimization,butitsmeanvalueisworse,andthereliabilityofthestageincreasedfrom58.36%to1.Thus,itmeetsthedesig
3、nrequirementsofreliability-basedrobustoptimization.3-PPrand3-PPsspacemicro-manipulationstagewiththreetranslationaldegreesoffreedomwereproposedbycombiningtheone-dimensionalstagewithparallelfour-barmechanism(Pr)andguidingmechanism(Ps)respectively.Theproposedstageshavetheadvantagesof
4、compactstructure,largemagnification,andgooddecouplingproperty.Anindexwasproposedwhichreflecteddecouplingproperty.Thesequentialquadraticprogrammingmethodwasappliedtooptimizestagebytakingthedecouplingpropertyastheobject,thestrengthastheconstraintbasedonresponsemethod.Theresultoftheo
5、ptimizationshowedthattheproposedstagehadgooddecouplingproperty.Comparingthestaticanddynamicperformanceof3-PPrand3-PPsstage,itcanbeshownthattheflexibility,decouplingpropertyanddisplacementsensitivityof3-PPsstagearebetterthan3-PPrstage,but3-PPrstagehadlargerdisplacementmagnification
