2、各生育时期干物质重和各器官的含钾量,比较不同大豆品种不同处理间的差异。结果表明:在低钾条件下,低钾不敏感型大豆沈农6号和GD1617植株地上部和根系的含钾量在各生育时期均表现为与高钾处理的植株比较接近,且成熟期无论是籽粒、荚皮,还是茎秆,均表现了相对较高的含钾量,分别为籽粒1.12%和1.01%、荚皮0.84%和0.76%、茎秆0.62%和0.56%,钾利用效率(64.8g·g-1和65.8g·g-1)和钾经济效率比(78.3g·g-1和79.9g·g-1)亦均较高;而低钾敏感型大豆铁95079-2和铁95068-5各指标则表
3、现相反,两品种含钾量分别为籽粒0.76%和0.88%、荚皮0.33%和0.38%、茎秆0.23%和0.16%,钾利用效率分别为57.8g·g-1和61.9g·g-1,钾经济效率比分别为68.2g·g-1和70.6g·g-1。说明低钾不敏感型大豆对钾肥的吸收利用效率较高,而低钾敏感型大豆较低。关键词:大豆;低钾胁迫;吸收效率;利用效率DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1000-1700.2013.01.002中图分类号:S565.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-1700(2013)01-0007-06Difference
