3、vectorofconnectinginterpolationpoint,meanwhileMachiningprecisionisguaranteed.SecondlythispaperputforwardnewS-Curveacceleration-decelerationcontrolmethodwhichbaseonunitofjerk,wecancalculatetheaccelerationandvelocityofnextinterpolationpointaccordingtocurrentacce
4、lerationandvelocitywhichmakeachievementofjerk,velocityanddisplacementmoresimple.Experimentalresultsshowthatalgorithmcanguaranteethevelocityandaccelerationcontinuosandimprovetheflexibilityofsystem.OnthebasisofanalyzingthestructureofDrawingExchangeFile(DXF),whic
5、hintroducedhowtogetthedrawinginformationfromDXFfile.Theinterfaceprogramwasdevelopedtoobtaingraphicinformationandconvertthenintomachiningcoordinates.CombiningCNCmachiningtechnology,thepostprocessingmodulecouldthengenerateCNCinstructioncodesacceptabletomachineto
6、olsinordertocreateaCNCprogramautomatically.Accordingtothefeatureofcutting-grindingintegrationandsawing-millingcombination,thetoolstructureandanti-shearconditions.Thesystem'scutterradiuscompensationofsawing,millingandgrindingisdeducedbyadoptionofCfunctioncutter
