2、-scalenetworkparalysiswhichcausedbycascadingfailurearefrequentlyoccurredintheinfrastructurenetworks.Alongwiththeincreasingofthescaleofinfrastructurenetworks,thenetworkscanfacilitatetheeconomicdevelopmentandpeople'slife,meanwhile,thecomplexityofthenetworksisalsoenhanced,whichmaycauseth

3、eresearchandcontroloninfrastructurenetworktobecomemoredifficultwhenthenetworksufferscascadingfailure.Inordertosolvetheproblemthathowtoobtainhighrobustnesswithfixedcost,thispapersummarizesthestaticrobustness,thedynamicrobustness,redistributionofloadsandthemeasurementsofrobustnessofcomp

4、lexnetworkbasedonthetheoryofcomplexnetwork.Andtheresearchesontherobustnessofrailwaynetworkandinterdependentnetworkundercascadingfailurearecarriedoutinthispaper.Moredetailsandinnovationareasfollows:1).Thedynamicrobustnessofthecomplexnetworkistheconnectivityofnetworkunderdynamicloads.It
