1、摘要改革开放三十余年，我国的经济建设和社会发展取得了举世瞩目的成果，国民经济快速发展，城乡居民收入大幅提高，人民群众的生活水平得以改善。与此同时，我国行业之问、区域之间、城乡之问的收入分配差距日益扩大，其中，城乡居民之间的收入分配差距尤为显著，这不仅会导致内需不足，阻碍市场经济的进一步发展，而且容易引发社会矛盾，影响社会稳定，对我国社会主义经济建设以及构建和谐社会不利。因此，提高城乡居民收入水平，尤其是农村居民收入水平，促进城乡经济平稳协调发展，在把“蛋糕”做大的同时，要通过收入分配制度改革把“蛋糕”分好，平衡城乡居民利益关系，消除不安定的社会矛盾隐患，

2、维护国家长治久安。本文以马克思主义主义理论为基础，运用文献研究法、比较研究法等多种研究方法，对我国城乡居民收入分配差距的现状进行了详细的描述，从农业的弱质性、城乡二元经济结构以及城乡社会保障水平差距等多个方面详细阐释了城乡居民收入分配差距日益扩大的具体原因。在此基础上，对德国、美国、法国等发达国家调节城乡居民收入分配差距的措施进行比较研究，并结合我国国情，提出了加快农业产业化进程、改革农村土地制度、实现城乡公共服务均等化、建立农民工和失地农民的社会保障制度、加大对农村教育的帮扶力度等措施，来缩小城乡居民收入分配差距。关键词城乡二元结构，收入分配差距，公共
