2、thedatatransmissionmodelisbehindthetimesandthedatacannotbesharedwithinthelandandresourcebureau.TakeTai’anLandandResourceBureauforanexample,weresearchedanddevelopedacoalresourcesmanagementinformationsystembasedonthreetierC/Stosatisfytheneedsofcoalresourcesmana
3、gement.Accordingtothecurrentdevelopmentandapplicationofthecoalresourcesmanagementinformationsystemhomeandabroad,aninnovativeandavailableMISisresearchedanddeveloped.ThekeytechnologyofMISisresearchedandemphasisareputonthedevelopmentofmanagementinformationsystem
4、s,systemarchitecture,databasetechnologyandODBC（OpenDatabaseConnectivity）middlewaretechnology.Basedonthesystemneedsanalysis,objectivesandideasifthesystemsarebroughtforward,andsystemsobjectmodelestablished.Inaccordancewiththeprinciplesofsystemdesign,thestructur
5、aldesignofthesystemisrealizedandsubsystemdivided.Researchcontentsofdatabasedesignincludedatabasestructurecharacteristicsdesign,databasebehaviorcharacteristicsdesignanddatabasephysicalmodeldesign.Intermsofthebasicstepsofdatabasedesign,databaseisestablishedinde
6、tail.BychoosingwindowsbasedMicrosoftSQLServer2000,whichisarelationshipdatabasemanagementsystemasthesoftwareplatformsandusingPowerBuilderastheprogrammertool,mainfunctionanddatabasemodulesofthesystemareachieved.Besides,wediscussedtheapplicationofkeytechnologies
