1、湖南大学硕士学位论文开放条件下我国证券监管体制研究姓名：熊名奇申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：张强20020101摘要隧着我国正式力鞋入世界贸易组织(WTO)，我国的诞券市场的对外全弱开放灏是不可避免的。对于我国这样～个新兴的证券市场来说，要面对来自世界各国尤其是发达国家证券市场的竞争和国际投枫资金的巨大冲击，要求我国的证券市场．不断成熟和监管制度不腰健全。然程，在我国这样一个新兴舱证券市场上，市场各参与方(包括管理层)均不十分成熟，市场游戏规则或不尽健全、或不尽合理，市场上各糕I违规遗法事件层出不穷。所以，研究在开放条件下如何完善我国的证券市场监管体制就成为了本文的中心内容。

2、本文共分为硝个部分。第一，文章首先介绍了证券监管的一些基本概念，接着介绍了证券益管体制的三穆类垄和各鲁的优缺点、世赛各溺涯券监管的发展历程、各国证券监篱模式的选择以及对我国证券监管体制模式确立的启示。第-2，着重从理论上分析了政府为什么要对经济进行监管，鉴于证券市场对各国经济和世界经济翡特殊影确，对证券市场的监管就显缮尤为重要。第三，主要分析了各国证券市场对外开放的意义、成因、风险：证券市场监管国际合作的原因、内容、原则等方面的内容；随着新技术的采用和金融创新的发展，对网络信息条件下的证券市场和金融衍生产品市场应加强监管。第【!：壁，阐述了我国证券市场监管的发展历程、主殁缺陷以及如何完
