4、itizationAssistancefunctionwhenplanitemsthattheuserwouldliketodrawisoutsidethehighwayspolygon,oratanytimewhentheuserthinkthatitisnecessarytoseekassistancefromTOsduringtheplanmaintenancestage.IfPlanDigitizationAssistanceisapplied,theplanwillbesubmittedtoTOfordrawingplanitems.Afte
