1、ⅡAbstractTosolvetheproblemofrecyclingwastewaterafterprocessingfromtitaniumfactoryandreducetheenvironmentpollutioncausedbythedischargedsewage,thisstudywasaimedtothreatthetitaniumwastewaterafterneutralizationanddeslagging,inordertoexploreanewmethodtoremovethecalciuminthesewageandimprovet

2、hewaterquality.Basedonthenewtechnology,thewatertreatedanduntreatedwererecycledinthewashingprocess,andthentwodifferentrecyclingschemeswereraised.Theroutineanalysisindicatedthatthewastewatercontainedhighconcentrationofcalcium,majorwascalciumsulfate,andtheywereoversaturation.Thecontentofh

3、eavymetalislessthanthewashingwaterintheproduction.TheresultsindicatedthatthenewtechnologyofCO2pretreatment—sludgedecalcification—CO2regulatePHvaluedonewellinremovingthecalciumofwastewater.Especially,theCO2wasexhaustgas.Comparewiththetraditionalmethodofsodiumcarbonatedecalcification—sul

4、furicacidregulatePHvalue,thenewtechnologytremendouslyreducedthecostofprocessingwastewaterandthesalinity,sothewaterqualitywasimproved.Onconditionthataddingseedcrystalandstirring,theCO2startedtoreactwithwastewaterfor25minutes.ThepercentageoftakingoffcalciumbyCO2wasabove35%.Moreover,tomak

5、euseofCO2fortakingoffcalcium,thereweretwonecessaryconditions.Thefirst,theseedcrystalshouldbeadded.Thesecond,thePHvaluewasabove11.2.TheprocedureoftakingoffcalciumbyCO2canbedescribedthroughpseudo-second-orderratemodelandtherelatedcoefficientwasgreaterthan0.99.Onconditionthatstirring,thec

6、alciumconcentrationofwastewaterafterprocessingbyCO2wasbelow50mg/Lwhenthesludgewasaddedandtheresponsetimewas5minutes.Comparetotheeffectofwashingiron,thewastewateruntreatedandthroughdecalcificationwerebetter.Thespeedwasfasterandthewaterconsumptionwasstillless,sotheoutputoftitaniumwaseven

7、more.Theoptimumprocessconditionsofrecyclingwaterafterdecalcificationwerethatthetimeofthefirstwashwas75minutes,thetemperaturewas45℃,thetimeofthesecondwashwas100minutesandthetemperaturewas45℃.Withtheseconditions,theironcontentoftitaniumwasbelow30mg/Kg.Thewastewateruntreatedtookplaceofw
