1、摘要舢舢Ⅲ㈣舢㈣删舢Y2427625目的:观察同种异体嗅球组织移植对神经病理性疼痛大鼠脊髓中P物质的mRNA和蛋白水平的变化,探讨P物质在同种异体嗅球组织移植对神经病理性疼痛中的作用。方法:我们将SD大鼠随机分成假手术组(Sham组)、慢性坐骨神经结扎损伤组(CCI组)和CCI+同种异体嗅球组织移植组(CCI+AOBTT组),于术前和术后1、3、7、14d测定机械缩足反射阈值(MWT)和热缩足反射潜伏期(TWL),术后7、14d取大鼠术侧腰4(L4)、腰5(L5)脊髓节段,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT.PCR)和免疫组织化学方法检测同种异体嗅球组织移植后CC
