3、sludgetreatmentanddisposalprocesswereconductedviaexperimentsandreviewingothers’researchinthisfield.First,gasandsolidproductsinsludgepyrolysisprocesswereanalyzedtoinvestigatethemechanismsofsludgepyrolysis.Second,thequantityofstablecarboninsludge-char

4、alyzedwith13CNMRandRamanSpectral.Theresultsindicatedthatthestablecarbonaccountedfor92.43%ofallthecarboninsludge-charmadeat650℃,andthemainformofcarbonwasaromaticcarbonandamorphousgraphitewiththearomaticityfa=93.94%.Throughinvestigatingthepyrolysismechanism

sludgesuchaslignin,protein,fat,celluloseandsemicellulose,thepathwaysofformingpyrolysisproductscanbededuced.Themainreactionsinpyrolysisarefreeradicalcreationreaction,aliphaticchains’andOxygen-containedfunctiongroups’brokingdownreacti
6、ons,hydrogenationreactions,dehydrogenationreactions,condensationreactionsandcondensationpolymerization.Carbonemissionandsequestrationinsludgedrying-pyrolysisprocesscanbedividedintothreestages:drying,pyrolysisandsludge-charutilization.Whentreating1tonof20%
7、DSsludge,sludgeheatdrying-pyrolysisprocess’carbonemissionis501.98kgCO2e;sincethecarboninsludgeisneutral,theemissionis106.213kgCO2e.Sludgeheatdrying-incerationprocess’carbonemissionis486.586kgCO2e;since
