1、·70·JournalofNursingScienceFeb.2010Vol125No14(SurgeryEdition)小组契约教学法在本科《护理学基础》双语教学中的应用3苏银花,段功香,赵玲,王蓉,曾颖摘要:目的探讨小组契约教学法在本科《护理学基础》双语教学中的应用效果。方法抽取南华大学独立学院2007级护理本科3个自然班139人作为研究对象,分为A班(n=46)、B班(n=48)和C班(n=45)。C班采用常规的教学方法,按照教学计划和教学大纲开展《护理学基础》双语教学,为期半年;A班在常规教学方法基础上开展小组契约学习,即教师与学生签订学习契约,学生分组课后讨论与自
2、学难点,教师督促并审查契约履行情况;B班在常规教学方法基础上开展契约学习。结果三班理论成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A班理论成绩最高,B班次之,C班最差;三班操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C三班团队合作与沟通、学习效果、学习资源、自主学习维度及总评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),三班双语教学维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在本科《护理学基础》双语教学中采用小组契约教学法,有助于提高护生的学习自主性和学习效果,增强护生自我导向学习的技能,可减少教师的监控难度和护生双语学习的困难。关键词:双语教学;教学
