2、板厚度很大时,冷裂纹倾向较大以外,不易产生其它种类的裂纹。Q235B钢的含,碳量低,虽然强度不高,但塑性和冲击韧性很好,焊接性优良。一般不会因焊接而出,现严重的淬硬组织。通过分析母材的各种性能及本产品的结构特点,编制出适合本,产品的生产工艺流程。主要是筒节、封头的加工工艺及加热槽槽体的总装配焊接工艺,。制定下料及其成形工艺,填写零件加工工艺过程卡;制定装配工艺及焊接工艺,,填写焊接工艺卡;制定焊后加工工艺。制定夹套的翻边、翻孔工艺。在制作封头时,,还需根据封头的尺寸计算出封头冲压模具上模及下模的具体尺寸,制作冲压模具。结,合本产品的技术要求,采用无损探伤和水压试验进行检验。最
