4、EVCtobeusedinthereal-timevideoapplications.Therefore,howtoreduceencodingcomplexity,decreaseencodingtime,improveencodingspeedwithoutaffectingencodingperformancehasbecomethehotissuefortheresearchofHEVC.IntrapredictioncodingisanimportantpartofHEVCcodingstandard,
5、directlyrelatedwiththevideocodingqualityandbitrate.ThisarticleintroducedHEVCvideocodingstandardanditskeytechnologiesindetail,makingadeepstudyintheprincipleandprocessofintrapredictioncoding.Onthatbasis,thisarticlemadefulluseofrelatedstatisticsdataofroughmodede
6、cisionprocess,thecorrelationbetweenvideoitselftexturedirectionandpredictionmodesandvideoimagetexturecomplexityforfastintrapredictionmodedecisionorfastintracoding.Therefore,thecomplexityofintraencodingisreduced,andintraencodingtimeisdecreased.Themainresearchac
