5、doctrineofsocialisminonecountry,thesequestionswerenotentirelyunrelated.PashukanisarguesthatarevolutionaryPartymustfollowacoursewhichavoidsthedangersbothofthecompleterejectionoflegalstruggleandofthefetishismattachedtolegalrules.Legalityisnotan“emptysack”that
