4、easuredynamicsof¯uorescentmoleculesincells.FCSmeasuresthe¯uctuationsinthenumberof¯uor-mentalimplementationandinterpretationofdatacanbeescentmoleculesinasmallvolumeilluminatedbyacomplexandsubtle.thinbeamofexcitationlight.These¯uctuationsareprocessedstati
