2、cessareainvolvesthefollowing:•Identifyingandanalyzingcausesofdefectsandotherproblems•TakingspecificactionstoremovethecausesandpreventtheoccurrenceofthosetypesofdefectsandproblemsinthefutureCausalanalysisandresolutionimprovesqualityandproductivitybypreventingtheintroductionofdefectsorproblemsandbyi

3、dentifyingandappropriatelyincorporatingthecausesofsuperiorprocessperformanceintoaproduct.Relianceondetectingdefectsaftertheyhavebeenintroducedisnotcosteffective.Itismoreeffectivetopreventdefectsfrombeingintroducedbyintegratingcausalanalysisandresolutionactivitiesintoeachphaseoftheproject.TheCausal

4、AnalysisandResolutionprocessareainvolvesthefollowingactivities:•Identifyingandanalyzingcausesofselectedoutcomes.Theselectedoutcomescanrepresentdefectsandproblemsthatcanbepreventedfromhappeninginthefutureorsuccessesthatcanbeimplementedinprojectsortheorganization.•Takingactionstocompletethefollowing

5、:oRemovecausesandpreventtherecurrenceofthosetypesofdefectsandproblemsinthefutureoProactivelyanalyzedatatoidentifypotentialproblemsandpreventthemfromoccurringoIncorporatethecausesofsuccessesintotheprocesstoimprovefutureprocessperformanceRelianceondetectingdefectsandproblemsaftertheyhavebeenintroduc
