3、ionsofcurrentin-memoryreliabil-temcorruptionorNVRAMcorruption.Furthermore,mostitymechanisms,webelievethatalog-basedschemeusingfilesystemscheckconsistencyonlyafterthesystemhasal-softwareerasurecodesisthemosteffectivewaytoensurereadycrashed.WearedesigningPRIMStoaddressthesetheconsistencyofpersi

4、stent,memory-residentdata.Weproblemsbyprovidingfilestoragethatcansurvivemul-presentalog-basedapproachthathastheabilitytodetecttipleerrorsinNVRAM,whethercausedbyerrantoperat-andcorrecterrorsatmultiplebyte-granularitywithoutusingingsystemwritesorbymediacorruption.PRIMSusesanpage-basedaccesscont

5、rolorspecializedhardwaresupport.erasure-encodedlogstructuretostorepersistentmetadata,PRIMSconsistsofasingle,erasure-encodedlogstructuremakingitpossibletoperiodicallyverifythecorrectnessofthatisusedtodetectandcorrecthardwareerrors,softwarefilesystemoperationswhileachievingthroughputratesoferro
