3、实对他们的社会支持是一个急需解决的问题。本文用判断抽样的方法选取X村10位空巢老人作为访谈对象，从正式支持和非正式支持的角度对农村空巢老人的经济来源支持、生活照料支持、精神慰藉支持和医疗保障支持四个方面对农村空巢老人支持的现状与问题进行了分析。通过访谈发现，农村空巢老人非正式支持中存在的问题：配偶的支持作用突出，子女的精神支持不足；从邻里关系中获得的社会支持较少；缺乏从社会交往中获得社会支持。农村空巢老人正式支持中存在的问题：新型农村社会保险制度为农村空巢老人提供的养老金薄弱；农村社区的养老机构不健全，收费偏高；农村社区缺乏为
