1、陕西苹果产业保险体系构建摘要我国作为一个农业大国，在社会经济的发展中保证农业的稳定至关重要。而农业保险作为保障我国农业经济以及分散农业风险的一种有效机制，是我国现代化农业建设的重要组成部分，也是我国农业在发展中需要着重解决的一个难题。而从目前来讲，我国的农业保险在发展的过程中存在着投入不足，风险分散机制欠缺，保险的功能没有在农业发展中充分体现等问题。而对于陕西省来说，这样的问题也是同样存在。苹果作为陕西农业中的支柱性产业之一，不仅是果区农民的主要收入来源，也是促进陕西经济发展的重要动力。但是在陕西苹果产业的发展中
2、，由于受到自然灾害以及其它一些灾害的影响，使得苹果产业经济在发展的过程中的风险不断增多，也使得农户的损失连连。因此在这样的一种情况下，进行陕西苹果保险需求的分析，促进陕西苹果产业保险体系的构建，对于陕西苹果产业经济的健康发展也就有着很重要的现实意义。基于此，本文以农业保险体系构建的相关理论为基础，通过对陕西省200户苹果农户的资料调查，通过理论结合实际，规范分析结合实证分析的研究方法，对陕西苹果保险的影响因素进行了一系列的分析，并以此为基础提出了陕西苹果保险体系构建的策略。具体而言，本文主要包括六个方面的研究内容
3、：第一部分绪论部分，通过对选题背景意义、国内外研究现状以及研究的思路、方法等的论述，为全文的研究指明了方向；第二部分理论部分，通过对农业保险概念、体系构建的理论基础的分析，为全文的研究奠定理论基础；第三部分陕西苹果保险发展的现状，分析了陕西苹果保险发展中存在的问题；第四部分陕西苹果市场供需关系分析，采用实证研究的方法对苹果保险的供需进行分析；第五部分陕西苹果保险体系设计，通过对陕西苹果保险体系设计的思路、原则的阐述，提出了陕西苹果保险体系的构建对策；第六部分本文的结论部分，通过对全文研究内容的总结，提出了对未来的
