2、密的有关规定和程序处理。研究生签名：一船盐≯f乡年陟月，日硕士论文S集团财务战略研究摘要随着世界经济的高速发展，传统的财务管理思想已不能满足现代企业的发展需要，财务战略是对企业财务活动的整体性决策，是财务管理的战略提升，财务战略配合公司整体战略的实施，可以有效地实现企业的战略目标。本文以理论联系实际为指导思想，首先简单阐述财务战略管理的定义及特征，然后通过对S集团公司目前的财务战略现状进行分析，使用“五力模型”、“SWOT模型”分析S集团财务目前所处的战略环境，了解企业的优劣势与机会威胁，找出影响企业财务战略
