2、的一系列安全问题，这就使网络安全伴随互联网的发展而不断发展。网络新业务的不断兴起，如电子商务、数字货币、网络银行等，对网络安全提出了更高的要求。黑客入侵案件不断发生，给我们敲响了警钟，同时也给我国网络安全提出了严峻的挑战。信息获取能力和信息安全保障能力是当今世界各国奋力抢占的制高点。目前我国使用的交换机、路由器等网络互联设备几乎都是国外的产品，一些国内的应用系统也是建立在国外操作系统的基础之上的。所以，建立我国自主的网络信息安全保障体系具有重要的意义。在这里，主要了解国内外的网络安全状况，国内外网络安
