2、的同时，也要认清我国民营企业发展的总体形势，民营企业的管理制度存在着许多的问题，家族式管理仍然是现代企业管理的主要手段。本文在企业文化理论的框架下，阐述了企业制度文化的涵义，并对民营企业管理制度的现状进行了分析。通过分析提出了民营企业管理制度的分类变革，也进一步说明民营企业迫切需要建设企业制度文化。接着本文又通过正、反两个案例的分析，进一步突出我国民营企业制度文化建设的现状。中外企业制度文化的比较则为我国民营企业制度文化建设提供了借鉴与参考。最后，在吸收目前已有研究成果的基础上，经过对我国民营企业制度文化现状的分析，借鉴国外企业制度文化建设的经验而提出了建设我国民营企业制度文化
