1、哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文AbstractPromisinglythegapofthephosphorussupplywillbe10milliontonsin2020.Andatthesametime,thedischargeamountofphosphatewithwastewateris0.207milliontonsmerelyinthetownperyear.Thedrainofphosphorusnotonlybringshugeresourcewaste,butalsocausesse

2、riousenvironmentalpollution.Soitisveryurgenttofindamethodwhichwillrealizethephosphorusrecyclingandsustainableutilization,reducingeconomicandenvironmentallosscausedbyphosphoruspollution.TheZn-AlHTLCswithZn/Almolarratioof2.0wasaynthesizedwhichshowedhighpho

3、sphateadsorptioncapacity.Zn-Al-2HTLCswasmodifiedbydopingLa,thentheadsorption,desorption,regenerationoftheadsorbentsandrecoveryphosphatefromthedesorptionsolutionwerestudiedinthispaper.Firstly,aseriesofhydrotalcite-likecompounds(HTLCs)withdifferentZn/Al/La

4、molarratiowereaynthesized.TheXRD,TG-DSC,BETanalyticalresultsshowedthattheHTLCssamplewithZn/Al/La=2:0.9:0.1hadseveraladsorptionadvantages,suchassinglecrystalphase,goodcrystallinity,biglayerspacingandlargesurfacearea.ThentheHTLCswithmolarratioZn/Al/La=2:0.

5、9:0.1werecalcinatedatdifferenttemperaturefor4h.Analysisingthecrystalstructure,sufureareaandSEMgraphofthecalcinatedsampleofZnAlLa(2:0.9:0.1)HTLCs(ZnAlLa-HTLCsforshort),wegotthatZnAlLa-HTLCs-300wasZn,Al,Lacomplexmetaloxides,whichhad“memoryeffect”.Intheproc

6、essofcalcinationthesurfaceareaandporevolumeincreasedbecause theinterlayerwaterandinterlayeranion(CO32-)removed.Thustheadsorption capacityofZnAlLa-HTLCs-300wasimproved,andthenourteamaynthesizeda kindofadsorbentwithgoodphosphateadsorptioncapacity.Theadsorp

7、tionpropertyofZnAlLa-HTLCs-300wasinverstigated; phosphateuptakewasupto56.92mg/g.ThepHvaluehadcertaininfluenceon theadsorptionprocess,andpH6~10wasdeterminedasthebetterpHworking rangeoftheadsorbent,ifthepHwastoolowortoohigh,theadsorbentwas dissolvedpartly.
