1、北京机械工业学院硕士学位论文物流企业运作模式研究姓名：任丽申请学位级别：硕士专业：技术经济与管理指导教师：唐五湘20080101摘要物流问题是世界经济发展最主要的矛盾之一，也是困扰企业向前发展的重要问题之一。经济全球化和供应链管理的要求把物流业运作推向一个新的高度，出现了第四方物流和第五方物流运作模式，物流企业运作模式至今又多了几个新鲜名词：物流地产、融通仓、库存商品抵押融资、物流设备租赁等各种运作模式，虽然我国物流业发展取得了长足的进步，但同发达国家相比，物流企业运作仍处在起步阶段，如何选择合理有效的物流运作模式成为我国当今物流

2、企业的一大难题，本文基于对物流企业的理论和实践研究从物流企业的发展和运作模式标准进行了深入探讨，首次提出了物流地产等各种新型运作模式的概念，找出国外物流企业的成功运作的特点以及我国物流企业的不足之处，在此基础上提出适合发展我国物流企业运作模式的对策建议。文章引入比较经济学方法，对国内外物流企业的发展现状和特点进行了系统分析和深入研究，通过借鉴国外物流企业的成功运作模式为我国物流企业提供有意的启示，从而丰富了国内物流企业在此方面研究，为我国物流企业发展提供了更广阔的方向，并为我国物流企业发展提出了建议。本文内部结构主要是以物流企业运

3、作模式的探讨为基础，遵循理论研究与实证研究相结合，采用对比等研究方法，定性研究了各种物流企业运作模式及运作模式选择的标准等问题。最后通过国内外成功物流企业运作模式案例的研究，归纳总结得出相关结论，并为我国物流企业运作模式发展提出建议，为以后探讨研究我国物流企业的运作模式提供了重要参考。关键词：物流；物业管理；运作模式；物流地产AbstractABSTRACTThelogisticsproblemisoneofthemostimportantcontradictionsoftheworldeconomydevelopment，iti
