3、ofeachmanufacturingstageforanyselectedproductsamongtheproductmix,andtodynamicallyadjusttheKanbannumbersandsizes,tomatchthecurrentoperationconditionsofaproductionline.AnewlyFKScomputerprogramispresented,itisdevelopedforMicrosoftofficeaccessdatabaseandVis

4、ualBasicforApplicationVBAplatforms.Thesystemconsistsofthreemainphases,theseare;productionlinedatabase(KnowledgeRepresentationPhase);mathematicalmodelingoftheproductionline;andthecodesofthedevelopedcomputerprogram(InferenceEngine).Thesephasesarelinkedtog

5、ethertointegratetheflowofproductionwithitssupply–chainproductmanagement.Anumericalsimulationexamplearecarriedoutwhichallowstudyingthefeasibilityofapplyingthesystem,anditsinfluenceinsynchronizingproductiontoactualdemandanddecreasingproductioncost.Further
