6、法来有效消除测杆变形这项主要误差来源.在分析整套设备的各个误差分量后得出:该装置测量精度达到了lum,该设备具有结构简单,易于实现,测量速度快的优点.另外还可以通过更换相对应的测量夹具分别测量内外接头细颈的壁厚及其锥度.关键词:挠性接头;壁厚测量;电感测量法;和差演算Flexiblegyrohaswideapplicationininertialinstrument.Theflexiblejointisthekeytransducerofflexiblegyroscope,anditsmachiningprecisi
