2、tanUniversityDateJunesixth,2018摘要康熙以宽容大度著称，提倡德治。康熙晚年，由于年老体弱，太子问题等耗费了他大部分的精力，致使康熙后期吏治宽弛，腐败盛行，封建制度的种种弊端不断显露，阶级矛盾尖锐。为加强皇权及保障专制统治的长治久安，解决康熙末年出现的种种积弊，雍正继位之后即大刀阔斧制定一系列整饬吏治、惩治腐败的政策并推行改革。雍正通过预防、纠察、惩治等制度的实施，在一定程度上实现了“政清人和”的局面。当前我国经济的持续快速发展，各种经济犯罪层出不穷。而我国法制的不健全、公职队伍人员素质参差不齐、公务员考核制度和监察制度的不健全都在一定上滋长了公职

3、人员的贪污腐败之风。因此，借鉴雍正整饬吏治、惩治官吏腐败的相关经验教训具有相当的现实意义。通过研究雍正时期反腐败的制度，我们认识到惩治腐败涉及面广，不可一蹴而就。当今反腐工作，应该建立反腐长效机制，完善人才选拔制度，健全监督，加大对贪腐的惩治力度，重视教育，多方面统一着手逐步实现不敢腐到不能腐最后到不想腐目标。关键词：雍正；整饬吏治；养廉银；密折制度；刑罚3abstractKangxiwasfamousfortoleranceandadvocatingtheruleofvirtue.IntheoldyearsofEmperorKangxi,duetohisoldageandw
