2、了突出的作用。但由于起步较晚，我国证券市场在发展过程中面临着经济体制转轨阶段的特征，因此暴露不少问题，层次比较单一，结构不完整，是资金推动型市场，市场自律性组织与市场监管机构力度都稍显不足，历史较短发展不均衡，相应的配套市场的发展程度并不匹配，，监管手段的法制化程度不高，这些因素加大了证券市场的风险。通过分析我国证券市场存在风险现状以及这些风险形成原因，提出合理的防范风险的措施，完善法律，加强监管，推进市场的平稳健康发展，制定一系列符合我国市场特点的发展规划，增强我国证券市场的风险管理，使证券市场在我国发挥重大作用，从而促进我国经济的进一步发展。关键词：证券市场风险防范Ab
