5、lassifiedform,onmilitaryandsecuritydevelopmentsinvolvingthePeople’sRepublicofChina.Thereportshalladdressthecurrentandprobablefuturecourseofmilitary-technologicaldevelopmentofthePeople’sLiberationArmyandthetenetsandprobabledevelopmentofChinesesecuritystrategyandmilitary

6、strategy,andofthemilitaryorganizationsandoperationalconceptssupportingsuchdevelopmentoverthenext20years.ThereportshallalsoaddressU.S.-Chinaengagementandcooperationonsecuritymattersduringtheperiodcoveredbythereport,includingthroughU.S.-Chinamilitary-to-militarycontacts,
