1、福建水库渔业发展研究摘要人多地少，食物结构单一，粮食自我供应不足，农民收入偏低，长期制约福建农业和农村经济的发展。福建水域资源条件优越，水库渔业历史悠久,充分利用资源，合理规划，科学进行渔业增养殖，对于拓展农业发展空间，增加食物来源，改善食物结构，优化生态环境，提高农民收入，具有重要的现实意义。本文分析了福建省发展水库渔业的优势与意义，指出水库渔业发展中存在着生产缺乏规划，产权不明晰，养殖不合理，环境污染较明显，社会化服务不完善，渔民权益保障不力的困难和问题,结合当地发展现状，提出了水库渔业发展应以发展“生态、安全、高效渔业”为目标，坚持合理进行开发规划，科学发展增
