3、ystems.Thee-commercemodelthatistypicallyknownasonlineshoppingcanbeconsideredasamultichannelqueueingsystem.Intheotherhand,stochasticsecuritysystemisdesignedforimprovingthereliabilityandavailabilityofthee-commercesystem.Thesecuritysysteminthispaperdealswithacomplexsystemthatconsistsofm
4、ainunreliableservers,backups,andrepairfacilitiestorepairthebrokenservers.TheresultsareappliedforanalyzingthecurrentInternetecosystem,andthemathematicalmethodscanbealsoappliedtothevariousareassuchashumanresources,manufacturingprocesses,andmilitaryoperations.Thesolutionpresentstheanaly
