1、摘要以多媒体计算机技术和网络通信技术为主要标志的信息技术使教育手段、教育方法，甚至在教育理念上发生了重大变革。在上海，“校校通”工程已使中小学在硬件设备上实现了网络化，但由于历史的原因，中小学软件应用系统在时间跨度较大，涉及到众多不同技术，致使多系统多帐号管理，系统间的数据也不能进行有效沟通，形成一个个信息孤岛。本文较为详细地讨论了中小学目前rr应用所涉及到的现状，以SOA(面向服务的软件架构)为指导，提出了一整套整合各应用系统的方案，并搭建了整合平台，利用XML实现多应用系统之间的统一身份认证的需求，借助WebService实现应用系统之间信息共享，较好地实现了整合的目标。本文以权限系
