1、我国会计人员继续教育存在的问题及对策摘要会计工作作为经济管理的一部分，日益得到政府、投资者和社会公众的关注，高质量会计信息在各种决策中发挥着越来越重要的作用。会计及相关经济新理论、新方法、新技能不断发展和变化，对应的会计准则、股份制、证券、期货税收等领域也同样在不断推陈出新，对这些事项的会计核算有了新的标准和要求，这就对会计人员的自身素质提出了更高的要求，会计人员必须不断接受继续教育，保持与职责相适应的业务素质、专业技能和职业道德水平，才能为多元化的会计信息使用者提供真实、完整的会计信息。因此，
2、我国现阶段开展会计人员继续教育有着十分重要的现实意义。论文主要从以下四个部分来研究继续教育问题的:第一部分会计人员教育的概述，从继续教育概述引出会计人员继续教育的概念；第二部分会计人员继续教育的必要性，分别从五各方面表明；第三部分我国当前继续教育主要存在的问题，第四部分完善会计人员继续教育的对策，首先对于以上存在的问题提出了继续教育的新模式，接着对于新模式提出相应的对策。关键词：会计人员继续教育重要性问题对策12AbstractAccountingwork,aspartoftheeconomic
