1、由于我国经济结构调整的深入，我国企业海外投资得越来越便利，更多的屮国企业通过海外投资扩充企业规模，提高企业竞争力。但是，机遇伴随着挑战，我国的海外投资发展历史还比较短，企业面临着各种各样的问题。木文通过分析我国企业海外投资的主要五种模式，即海外营销渠道、海外加工贸易、海外创立自主品牌、海外并购品牌、海外股权并购，发现我国企业海外投资规模止呈现逐年递增的趋势，投资领域也越来越多样化，但投资地区仍以亚洲为主等投资现状。通过对五种海外投资模式的比较分析和及影响因素的分析基础上，提出区位选择耍想多元化发展并且制定完
