2、ppliedfor：MPASpecialty：MPAUniversity：HeBeiUniversityDateofOralExamination：May,2015摘要摘要近年来，由于我国高等院校不断扩招，院校规模日益增大，高校的财务工作在内容和形式方面也日趋复杂多样，使我国高校的财务管理面临严峻的挑战，加大了我国高等院校的财务风险。因此，对高校财务风险进行系统地评价，有针对性地加强财务风险的防范成为当前高校发展的迫切需求。H大学作为河北省省直属的综合性高等院校在财务管理过程中存在不少问题，面临着较高的财务风险，因此对H大学财务风险进行评价研究就非常具有紧迫

3、性和必要性。本文首先介绍论文的研究背景和选题意义，并从财务风险的视角系统的梳理了国内外学者对财务风险评价及控制问题的研究成果，阐述了财务风险的理论机制，界定了高等院校财务风险的概念，并对高校财务风险的特征和类型进行了介绍。其次分析了H大学目前财务状况，深入探讨了其财务状况的原因。然后从分析H大学财务状况出发，构建H大学财务风险评价体系，并运用模糊层次分析法对H大学的财务风险进行实证研究。最后结合H大学实证研究的结果，以财务风险控制理论为指导，提出控制高校财务风险的有效措施。关键词高校财务风险模糊层次分析法风险评价风险控制IAbstractAbstractIn
