3、classremainstobeteacher-centered,whichmakethestudentsloseinterestinreadingandleadstolowreadingcompetence.Asaresult,theylackthedesireofparticipatinginclassroomactivities.Inordertoimprovethesituation,theauthorthinksthatthetoppriorityistofindanapproacht
4、oimprovereadingteaching.TheEducationDepartment,therefore,declaresadoptingtheteachingmodelofTBLT(Task-basedLanguageTeaching)inEnglishteachinginseniorschoolontheCurriculumReform.SomeresearcheshavealreadybeendoneontheapplicationofTBLTinreadingclass.Thro
5、ughtheanalysisoftwoparticularreadingclasses,thispaperaimstodemonstratewhatkindsofcomponents,tasktypes,principlesandframeworkofTBLTisapplied,aswellasthemeritsandproblemsintheapplicationofTBLTinEnglishreadingclassesinseniorhighschool.Inthisway,theautho

7、传统方式对阅读教学仍然有着很深刻的影响,课堂上仍然是以教师讲授为主,学生一方面对阅读不感兴趣,另一方面阅读水平较低,很少参与到教学活动中去。要使这种局面得到改善,笔者认为当务之急是要寻求一条改进阅读教学的途径。教育部在谋程改革中―明确指出,要在高中英语教学中倡导任务型的教学模式的应用。一些专家和学者已经对任务型教学在阅读方面的应用做了一定的研究。本文试通过新课标倡导的“任务型”教学模式,通过着重对一位高一年级英语老师的两堂课堂教学任务设计的分析,探究了该教师在课堂设计中采用了任务型教学的哪些构成
