3、onresonantaccelerometersystemathomeandabroadwasintroduced.Severalcommonlyuseddrivingmodeofthesystemwasexpounded.Theworkingprincipleofsiliconmicroresonantaccelerometerwasanalyzed.Duringthechangingoftemperature,specialoutputofthesystemwasanalysed.(2)Therelationshipbetweenthev
